By accessing, browsing, submitting project inquiries on, or registering through neubofy.in, our client intake portals (/start), our consultation booking platform (booking.neubofy.in), or our specialist recruitment console, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
Age Restrictions & Legal Capacity:
Our services are available only to individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their applicable jurisdiction (e.g., 18 years of age in India) and can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using the services, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the platform.
Neubofy provides architectural advisory, scope definition, specialist coordination, and code verification. We evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, configure off-the-shelf systems (such as CRM, analytics, and billing integrations), assemble appropriate specialists, and independently inspect execution deliverables.
When Neubofy is engaged to audit, finish, refactor, or rescue pre-existing software, prototypes, or code repositories initiated by prior developers, agencies, or AI code generators, our team performs professional technical assessment and remediation. However, Neubofy shall not be held liable for any latent defects, licensing violations, undocumented dependencies, architectural flaws, security backdoors, or data vulnerabilities that were embedded in the client’s pre-existing software or infrastructure prior to Neubofy’s formal engagement.
Specific project timelines, milestones, technology stacks, pricing, and deliverables are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), or digital order documents executed separately from these general website terms.
All customer invoicing, commercial milestone billings, retainer payments, and tax documentation (including GST compliance) are processed through our official secure billing infrastructure powered by Zoho Books (books.zohosecure.in/portal/neubofy). Neubofy does not directly store credit card numbers or banking secrets on website servers.
While Neubofy enforces a rigorous multi-stage Independent Verification Gate tailored to each project, software development is an inherently dynamic and evolving discipline. Verification minimizes defects and security risks but cannot guarantee absolute immunity from zero-day vulnerabilities, third-party API outages, or unforeseen runtime edge cases.
Architecture consultations, technology strategy reviews, and 1-on-1 advisory sessions booked via booking.neubofy.in provide expert recommendations, risk assessments, and technical guidance based on the requirements and materials presented by the client at the time of the session. Such advisory sessions do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of commercial success or market fitness. The client remains solely responsible for the ultimate architectural and business implementation decisions adopted.
Monetary Liability Cap:
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Neubofy, its founders, directors, officers, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or system downtime).
Neubofy’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms, the website, or any delivered services shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client to Neubofy in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or INR ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand), whichever amount is lower.
The Neubofy brand name, logos, website layout, orchestration workflows, knowledge base playbooks, and platform software remain the exclusive intellectual property of Neubofy.
Ownership and licensing of bespoke application code created specifically for a Client will transfer to the Client upon full settlement of all corresponding project milestone invoices, as defined in the applicable project Statement of Work. Neubofy ensures a clear chain of title and IP assignment from independent specialists to the Client.

These Terms of Service and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without giving effect to any conflict of law principles.
Any legal action, proceeding, or dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts located in Jehanabad, Bihar, India (or the High Court of Judicature at Patna, Bihar).
